Hi all, is there anyone/group in the maritimes that does airsoft WW2 reenactment?
Cheers,

Just that one group of germans, but they keep telling everyone else they are not allowed to use guns against them.............

Been thinking about it ... got a Tommy Gun, Luger and sten on order. Just have to source a reasonably priced uniform. Wouldn't mind an MG42 ... if it ever becomes reality.

Snowman,
are you implying the Germans are ordering people around and not playing by the rules? I find that hard to believe! ;)
In all seriousness I have been thinking of reenactment for years now, and have discovered this airsoft thing, like chocolate and peanut butter methinks. Just seems to me that what few airsofters there are in this region are all modern era. As a complete newbie maybe I should walk before I run and try a normal game of airsoft first.
Cheers.

That's a great idea. You can rent a gun so you can decide whether you like it enough to put in the commitment. Where are you located?

Welcome to AAS Von Wildensee,

There is a game in Dorchester this week-end if you want to check it out.

Also, please edit you profile and add your location. This will help us to help you better.

Chad.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm located in Halifax, I'll keep my eyes open for the next game, or maybe Submarineman can drop me an email at work so we can coordinate?

Dude, if you've got the cash and a ride, come out to the game today and try it out :D

I'd love too. But between kids and work I do have to plan things a little in advance. If there's anything next weekend that would be perfect for me...

I guess I should be clear, Dorchester is in NB, correct? If so, I would not be able to afford that kind of time away today... Anything next weekend?

There might be a game next weekend depending on weather and interest in Bridgewater. And yes Dorchester is in NB.

Then count me in for next weekend definitely. I'm off to swimming lessons now with the oldest... Is it alright to wear CADPATs there (no rank, name obviously)? Other than that I don't really have any other gear, other than some mountain biking glasses...

Do you have issue balistic glasses, if not then safety glasses will work.
